Purchasing a Habitat Home

Thank you for your interest in Hometown Habitat for Humanity’s affordable homebuying program.

The next Hometown Habitat homes will be built in the Town of Wilkesboro.

The current application period is open from May 1, 2022 – June 30, 2022.


You may download and print this application, and return it with all proof-of-income documents to the address included on the application. You may mail your application or drop it off in person.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, our program office is currently closed to the public, and all meetings take place by appointment only.

If you are unable to print a copy of the application, you may pick up a paper copy at either of our ReStore locations in Wilkesboro and Jonesville.

Due to Federal privacy laws, you may not fill out your application at the ReStore, and the ReStore staff is unable to discuss any of your personal financial information or application questions, all of which must be directed to the housing program staff.

Hometown Habitat for Humanity, formerly known as Wilkes Habitat for Humanity, serves in Wilkes, Yadkin, and southwestern Surry Counties in North Carolina.

Hometown Habitat for Humanity is unable to offer any home repair services.
